Halloween 2011 in Pictures

Oh, this is getting fun! Mia is now old enough to really start getting it when it comes to holidays. This Halloween is just the beginning and we sure had fun!

The main event was Sunday when we went to the local Trunk or Treat in the town square.

Mia's friend, Summer, came over to take part in the fun. They were both really excited.

The place was a zoo! I think the entire town turned up. The line was a full city block!

We hit the ground running. Literally....

At nine months pregnant, this was a challenge for me to keep up with, but I fared pretty well. I didn't want to miss a minute of this!

In the car on the way over, Mia said she wanted to get a blue sucker. And by golly, she got one!..

Mia was quickly becoming a pro...

Apparently, they know each other...

Doin' the jig. This is one happy girl on a sugar high...

Tonite, we took her trick-or-treating in a neighborhood around her daycare. She took to it like a moth to a flame. Going up to doors like she had been doing it for years...

She was enthralled with the decorations...

Even with a bag full of candy, she chose to munch on an apple. Love it!...

Of course, getting her bag of candy away from her was a challenge, but I would say she loved Halloween this year. I can't wait to see what awaits next year. Until then, it looks like this girl is really going to have fun this holiday season!

I am soooo happy you had the time to get this post done! Couldn't be cuter, and she is just so self assured, so comfortable doing all this stuff. It amazes me how independent she is!
Also good to hear that you are feeling well, and that the family is happy.
I miss you Alli, more than you know. Thank you for helping me feel a little closer to you and yours, it really helps!
Loving you, and see you 'round Christmas!
