We hosted the Schnelle family for the weekend. We began with a big steak dinner on Saturday night with 11 of us enjoying the bounty of food and family.
Easter morning began with Mia's big loot from the Easter Bunny. She doesn't really get the Easter Bunny yet, and wasn't sure what it all meant, but she had fun with her gifts anyway. What a lucky girl!
Her big thing right now is cowgirl hats. And the Easter Bunny brought a nifty new one!
Then it was time to get gussied up for church! She had the cutest dress this year. But mother nature didn't cooperate and the weather was quite cool. So we had to improvise on keeping her warm. The long sleeve shirt takes away from the dress a bit, but she still looked adorable.
After church, we came home to a blessed feast and stuffed ourselves silly. I love having a house full of family. Something about it gives me comfort and joy. We hope you had a great Easter weekend too! We have busy weeks ahead with lots of travel and celebrations so stay tuned!

She is such a doll baby - I miss her so much. I love the dress. She is growing way to fast.
